We’re currently assessing our tool needs - we know we will need some new/gently used woodworking equipment for our new shop, where we’ll be holding a variety of trade-related and hobby related events!
FARM TO TABLE MEAL SUPPORT
Every first Tuesday of the month, we host friends from the region’s veteran-serving nonprofits and organizations for a monthly get-together to build relationships, increase consistent communication, and ultimately better show up for Central Oregon’s veterans in a variety of meaningful ways. We’re looking for donations of pastries/light breakfasts for these mornings, serving ~25 people.
KITCHEN REMODEL
COW/CALF DONATIONS
CLEANING SUPPLIES (on hold)
We urgently need a kitchen remodel so we can host more people at our events, from Thursday lunches to Vetsgiving and more. The biggest need is cabinet and countertop donations, in addition to a new stove, dishwasher, flooring, and skilled contract labor, we could use some community support to achieve this much-needed remodel!
A donated cow or calf would help us launch our cattle program at the Ranch, creating meaningful opportunities for veterans to care for livestock, learn new skills, and experience the purpose that comes from working with animals.
RANCH TRUCK
Without a dependable vehicle, essential tasks like hauling materials, transporting supplies, and supporting on-site projects are at constant risk of disruption. A donation of a reliable truck would make an immediate impact on our ability to operate safely and efficiently.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
WEED WACKERS
Healthy soil is the foundation of our agricultural programs. Donations of Sunshine Mix #3 or Osmocote Flower & Vegetable Fertilizer (Pro-Mix bale) would directly support our ability to grow food and sustain our agricultural efforts.
A donation of quality gloves, hand tools, and garden supplies helps strengthen our growing programs while creating opportunities for connection, purpose, and service.
Having multiple weed wackers on hand allows us to engage volunteers in group projects, ensuring veterans can connect with the land in a meaningful, well-cared-for space.
Donations of locally raised meat and quality proteins help provide nourishing lunches, stock our kitchen, and support veterans who benefit from a shared meal. Contributions of professionally processed beef, pork, poultry, or other proteins help us continue caring for our veteran community.
BEE HIVE DONATION (EARLY FEBRUARY)
Help us bring bees back to the Ranch this February! A donated beehive (Carnolian) would help us restart our beekeeping program, allowing veterans to learn about hive care while supporting the health of our gardens and the surrounding ecosystem.
IRRIGATION SUPPORT
We’re currently assessing our need for an upgraded irrigation system, which would greatly reduce the need for staff time to manage our current system. A new irrigation system could save the Ranch an estimated $20,000 in annual labor costs while freeing hundreds of staff hours for veteran programming and essential ranch operations.
